Jack Sosnowski and Julie Stoleson are the new co-owners of the Ivory Room Piano Bar. Both are original Madisonians. Julie grew up in the bar business where her father owns Monte's in Verona. Her sister and brother-in-law own City Bar on State Street. Jack has been in the business for over seven years working at local establishments learning the trade. The whole concept came to them as they kept frequenting The Redhead Piano Bar in Chicago. They fell in love with the place and thought the concept would fit in well with the intricate Madison culture. They found this perfect location just off the square, and with it being so conveniently located next to the Overture Center, well they knew they had to go for it! Jack and Julie met while working at The City Bar together.
